Limited Warranty

KFE BRAKE SYSTEMS’ LIMITED WARRANTY
We offer a 2 years or 25,000 miles limited warranty, whichever comes first, on all KFE QuietAdvanced Brake Pads.
Warranty is valid from the day of purchase and covers normal wear and tear up to 15,000 miles or 25,000 depending on the product. All brake disc rotors and brake pads installation must be installed by a licensed brake specialist mechanic. A receipt must be presented at the time of the warranty that shows the date of installation, mileage, the brake specialist and his or her license number. Warranty excludes product modification or alteration and damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, track racing, negligence, lack of maintenance, off-road use, abnormal operations. All claims must show proof of purchase in order for the warranty to be valid. You must request an RMA number from us for warranty coverage. All return shipping fees from and to our warehouse shall be the responsibility of the customer, and no costs incurred by the customer through installation or any other costs will be covered under this warranty. Warranty will be granted in one of two following ways: exchange of the exact item or replacement of exact item on invoice. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF KFE BRAKE SYSTEMS, FOR ALL KFE QUIETADVANCED BRAKE PADS. KFE BRAKE SYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. KFE BRAKE SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
